Cristina, who is in charge of appearances, approaches design as the setting to tell a story. She has the most fun when she starts from scratch and has to create a whole layout from an idea, a photo or a shape, but she also enjoys freshening up an old look.

Gabriel takes it from there and turns the layout into a functional website that complies with standards and looks the same in all major browsers (and, for a while, like minced vegetables in IE6).

Both of us then work on the site in parallel to furnish it with content and optimize it into a sleek, slim version of itself, until the site is settled, dried off and ready to be shown. And then we're there to take care of it.
